12-MONTH CABINET WARRANTY
Golden City Supply warrants to the original consumer purchaser that cabinets, door hinges, and drawer glides purchased from Golden City Supply will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and products used for residential purposes.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
During the warranty period, Golden City Supply, at its discretion and subject to the applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty terms, may repair or replace a product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship with the same or a functionally equivalent product.

NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS
Wood is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain pattern, texture, mineral streaks, knots, and other natural characteristics are part of the appearance and beauty of wood and are not considered defects.
Environmental factors, including natural and artificial light, moisture, humidity, cleaning products, smoke, and normal aging, may cause wood and cabinet finishes to darken, lighten, mellow, or otherwise change in appearance over time.
These natural changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under this warranty.
Wood naturally expands and contracts as temperature and humidity levels change. As a result, painted cabinet products may develop visible hairline fractures, seams, or finish separation around joints. These characteristics are considered normal and are not considered defects.
GLAZED AND HAND-APPLIED FINISHES
Certain cabinet styles may feature glazed, stained, painted, or other hand-applied finishes.
Because these finishes may be applied by hand, variations in colour, appearance, glaze concentration, brush marks, runs, drips, or other finish characteristics may occur between doors, drawer fronts, and cabinets.
Reasonable variations resulting from the hand-finishing process are considered normal and are not considered defects.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
This warranty is valid only in Canada and is non-transferable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Golden City Supply will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, removal, repair, or replacement of the product.
Any implied warranties are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable federal or provincial consumer protection laws.
